The GSCH LEADERSHIP:

J. P. And Sheree Postlewait

J.P. and Sheree are the Interim Directors of The Good Shepherd Children’s Home.

J.P. and Sheree Postlewait are full-time missionaries who live and serve full-time at the GSCH. J.P. is an industrial engineer. He fell in love with the kids at GSCH in September of 2006 and accepted the Lord's call to serve there full-time in September of 2011. Sheree is a Pharm.D. who loves missions and has been excited to see God use her husband to lead them into full-time service. Their 5-year old daughter, Lily, is enjoying making new friends, learning Spanish, and attends the Good Shepherd Christian Academy.  




Ben Frusher

Ben Frusher, originally from Kansas, provides oversight of the farm and assists with miscellaneous maintenance tasks.

The Farm at GSCH exists to: ...teach Biblical principles and Work ethic and give the kids the opportunity to see biblical work-ethic, business ethics, and responsibility; ...to indirectly or directly be apart of seeing others be saved and grow in a relationship with Jesus Christ. ...to turn the farm over to the Lord and let him work show his glory though the work of the farm; and, ...to grow food for the GSCH in an ethical, cost efficient, and safe way that keeps costs down and provides job opportunities and teaching opportunities for others.


Mike & Marty Edwards



Mike & Marty Edwards began their full-time service in Honduras in January 2009. Mike serves as field director for Honduras. Marty serves alongside her husband and also counsels with the children of the Good Shepherd Children's Home at Nena's Place.


Greg & Eva Vaughn
Greg and Eva lived close to Lake Charles, LA. and served in Westside Baptist Church as directors of the children's ministry. A week long mission trip to Honduras turned their world upside down and all the worldly wants and wishes fell to the flames. God revealed His plan a purpose clearly. Open a Home for Abused, Abandoned and Neglected Children. Their answer was, "Yes Lord, Here am I. Send me!
